Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. Furthermore, we also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use this method, you’ll be taken to PayPal, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

How can I order?

You place orders via our web shop very easily. In our shop, you place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week your orders. Just choose the product you would like to have. Choose product type and click add to basket, follow the easy steps to the checkout page. Here, you will need to fill in your shipping address. For the payment, you can select 2 payment options, via PayPal or Credit Card.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.

We only ship in the USA, Mexico, and Canada.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment centers within 3 to 5 days. 

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 3 to 5 days business days depending on your location.

We do not ship on Weekends or holidays.

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You are fully covered and protected by our 30 days return policy. Returns may take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive the return.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse, but it may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to your account or card.

How do I return my order?

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
